What have I learned after two months on the job?

  1. I learned that the advisory/wealth management side of the investment business is far more comprehensive and complex than bond management due to each client’s unique financial profile, risk tolerance, tax status and life experiences.
  2. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of getting to know my new colleagues better and seeing how each of them contributes to the team, whether it be creating a client financial plan, answering taxation or Roth IRA questions or suggesting insurance products tailored to our client’s needs.
  3. My third lesson is by far the most important and is actually something I’ve known quite well for many years in the financial services business (but always bears remembering):

the client is everything.

Helping clients meet their financial goals is the reason Coyle Financial Counsel exist, and client satisfaction is the driving motivation of absolutely everything we do. I am absolutely delighted to be a part of this experienced, talented and inspirational team!
